1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of initial payment.
- A refund may be issued if no work has commenced on your project.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Once optimization or content changes begin, payments are non-refundable.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
3. Partial Refunds
- At our discretion, partial refunds may be granted based on work completed.
